Return and Refund Policy

Our return and refund policy is very simple:  If you're not happy with a purchase that you made in our laplume.life online shop,  and as long as it's not used or damaged, you can return it to us within 30 days of the order date.   When we receive the undamaged product, we'll issue a full refund for the entire purchase price within 14 days.  Please note - La Plume does not reimburse the return shipping charge.  

Portraits and custom commissions are non-refundable.

Services already provided by La Plume practitioners are non-refundable. 

If you need to reschedule an appointment or a service, please do so online or by email  darina@laplume.life or text +1 480 577 4410 at least 24h prior to the scheduled time.  If you fail to reschedule, you will be charged. 

If you would like to cancel an appointment or a service, please do so at darina@laplume.life or +1 480 577 4410 least 24h prior to the scheduled time and we will return the charged amount.  If you fail to cancel 24h prior, we will keep the charge.
