I was born and raised in Czech Republic and have been living in Arizona since 2005 with my husband and two daughters. I started my spiritual journey in 2016 when both our daughters were diagnosed with ADHD and I knew I had to change my parenting style. I have gone to therapy and read numerous books to find a better way to parent challenging kids. Ultimately I learned that it’s not until I heal my own trauma and release old generational codes, I can show up as a better parent for my kids and also a better wife for my husband. At that time more spiritual people were coming into my life and inspired me greatly. After all my healing work with shamans, spiritual healers and mentors and after I truly awakened my consciousness I knew I wanted to serve others, to guide them through their inner work, to share the knowledge I acquired on my journey. I studied under a renown healer Helena Houdova and graduated two of her programs, The Sacred Woman course and her Academy of  Sacred life. I am a level two Reiki practitioner, learning from the best, Reiki Master Angel Marie Monachelli. Healing is a journey, and as I continue to heal myself, I'm always learning new ways to use my light to serve others.

 I was born and raised in Czech Republic and have lived in Arizona for the last 20 years. My spiritual awareness started at a very young age. I was influenced by my wonderful mom who guided me on my spiritual journey. I have always practiced visualizing ,manifesting , meditation, and other techniques to improve my spiritual life. I was guided to go deep into healing and reconnect with source energy when my marriage crumbled. I was faced with major life changes. Left alone as a single mom to a wonderful little boy, many years ago, I refocused to get back to life’s journey. I started practicing yoga, meditated more than ever, and studied the spiritual teachings from Dr. Wayne Dyer, Louise Hay, and Abraham Hicks. I also experienced healing and released old trauma thru breath work, hiking, and spending time in nature. Through my healing process I was inspired to share and teach others to find peace and enlightenment. Come join me and together we will guide you back home to true happiness and self awareness.
